REMUNERATION TO SENIOR EXECUTIVES
The Remuneration Committee prepares guidelines for remuneration to senior executives. The proposal is discussed by the Board and is presented to the Annual General Meeting for adoption. The guidelines principally entail that salaries and other terms of remuneration to the management shall be in accordance with the market and that variable remuneration may amount to a maximum of 50 percent of the fixed remuneration. Upon notice by BE Group, fixed salary during the notice period shall not exceed 12 months’ fixed salary.
Based on the decision of the Annual General Meeting, the Board decides on the salary and other terms of remuneration to the President and CEO. Salary and other remuneration terms for other senior executives are negotiated and agreed with the President and CEO.
